Meteorologists have issued a yellow warning for strong winds, valid from Tuesday morning, with speeds of up to 110 km/h in mountainous areas.

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued a yellow warning for strong winds, valid from Tuesday, 3:00 AM, until Wednesday, 8:00 AM. This affects the counties of Arad, Timiș, Caraș-Severin, as well as areas in Bihor, Cluj, Alba, Hunedoara, Gorj, Vâlcea, Argeș, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Brașov, and Sibiu, including the coastline in Tulcea and Constanța. The wind will reach speeds of 55-65 km/h in Banat and southern Crișana, while in the Southern and Western Carpathians, gusts will reach 70-80 km/h, with values of 90-110 km/h at high altitudes. In Bucharest, the weather will be nice on Monday, with variable skies and light winds, and temperatures will range between 0-11 degrees. On Tuesday, the weather will warm up, with maximums of 12 degrees and conditions of frost in the morning and at night.
