ANM announces strong winds in the southeast of the country. Yellow warning in seven counties

The National Meteorological Administration has issued an advisory regarding strengthening winds in several regions of the country, valid from September 27, at 10:00, until September 30, at 20:00. The phenomena are forecast in the southern half of Moldavia, Dobrogea and most of Muntenia, as well as in the Curvature Carpathians area.

In these regions, wind speeds will generally reach 45–55 km/h. The strongest gusts are expected in the Curvature Carpathians area, where they may reach 55–75 km/h.

For Monday, September 28, meteorologists have also issued a yellow code warning, valid between 10:00 and 20:00. The counties of Vrancea, Galați, Buzău, Brăila, Ialomița, Tulcea and Constanța are affected. In these areas, the wind will strengthen, with gusts reaching 50–70 km/h.

The meteorological advisory remains in effect until Tuesday evening, and the authorities recommend caution when traveling, especially in exposed areas and near trees or billboards.
