On the Romanian coast, a woman originally from Ukraine surprised everyone after she decided to swim in the sea, under conditions where the air temperature was only 8 degrees Celsius, and the water did not exceed 12 degrees.

She did not limit herself to just entering the water, but also stayed on the beach, behaving as if it were a summer day. Doctors have warned that such behaviors can be dangerous, as prolonged exposure to cold water can lead to hypothermia. At the same time, Romania is facing the effects of cyclone Byron, which brings strong winds and rain to the counties in the southeast of the country. Meteorologists forecast wind gusts of up to 65 km/h and extensive precipitation in Oltenia, Muntenia, and Dobrogea, which will begin to cease during the night.
