A 73-year-old woman from Pitești was fined 3,000 lei for abandoning six kittens on a vacant lot, an incident captured in images posted online. The police in Argeș took notice after observing the footage in which the woman and an accomplice throw the animals into a bag and place them in the trunk of the car. Upon learning of the fine, the woman reacted with indifference, claiming that the abandoned kittens do not belong to her.
