The incident took place on Republicii Boulevard in Ploiesti, where a man scratched the car driven by the woman. Police identified the assailant, a 50-year-old man, who was found incoherent and taken to hospital. The assailant remained hospitalized and police are continuing the investigation in a criminal case.
