Wizz Air has announced the launch of a route between Katowice, Poland, and Brasov, Romania, to be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting March 31, 2026, with base fares starting from 99 lei. In the winter season, Wizz Air will offer seven routes from Brasov to five countries, including Dortmund, Memmingen, Nürnberg, Naples, London Luton and Budapest, in addition to the new destination Katowice. The airline operates a fleet of 239 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft.
