ANSVSA has announced the withdrawal from the market of 1 kg of white domestic bread and the 600 g Deplina Extra white product, due to the confirmation of an isolated case of contamination with a fragment of white plastic material. The affected batches have expiration dates between March 5 and March 17, 2026.

Consumers who possess these products are advised not to consume them, but to destroy them or return them to the stores where they were purchased, by the deadline of March 17, 2026. Vel Pitar Romania will refund the value of the products without requiring the receipt. ANSVSA is closely monitoring the withdrawal process to eliminate any potential associated risks.
