Following the monitoring carried out by the Neamt Public Health Department, it was found that the water in eight wells in Farcașa and two in Borca, affected by floods, is contaminated. The tests revealed that the microbiological parameters exceeded the permitted limits, but no cases of illness among the population were reported. The municipalities have been informed in order to take measures to protect public health and DSP Neamț continues to monitor the situation.
