The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) has issued a warning regarding a false message impersonating Ghișeul.ro, claiming to be from the Ministry of Transport. The message, sent via SMS, announces a fine for speeding captured by traffic cameras and creates an artificial urgency, mentioning short deadlines and threats of penalties.

DNSC specialists emphasize that the link included in the message leads to a fake domain that imitates the official Ghișeul.ro platform, requesting personal data and complete bank card information. These requests are unusual for a public institution. DNSC recommends users not to access links from suspicious SMS messages and to check fines exclusively on the official website. The fake domain has been added to the DNSC blacklist, available online for consultation.
