The Bucharest Court of Appeal has admitted Vladimir Ciorbă's complaint, revoking the judicial control measure against him. Ciorbă, together with former PSD MP Laura Vicol, was under investigation by DIICOT for constituting an organized criminal group, embezzlement, money laundering, tax evasion and fraud. The two are accused of embezzling tens of millions of euros from Nordis companies, using the money for vacations and luxury purchases.
