The Romanian Patriarchate has announced the extension of the visiting and worship program at the National Cathedral in Bucharest until November 5, considering the large influx of pilgrims.

At the time of the announcement, the waiting time for access to the altar was nine hours. Representatives of the Patriarchate urge the faithful to avoid crowding and to show patience. Additionally, the waiting time can be checked through an interactive map application of the Archdiocese of Bucharest. Initially, the program was scheduled to end on October 31, 2025.
