The judges of the Bucharest Tribunal decided, on Thursday evening, to place under judicial control all six individuals who were detained in the case of the illegal asylums in Bihor. This concerns Viorel Pașca and the other members of his family, as well as the coordinator of the activities.

Starting from the year 2020, Viorel Pașca, aged 55, and members of his family 'are said to have formed a structured organized crime group, to which seven other members would have adhered and supported, with the aim of obtaining material benefits from the exploitation of vulnerable individuals.'

Prosecutors state that through the activities of Viorel Pașca's association, a damage of approximately 13,048,000 lei would have been created.
