Viktor Orbán, the former Prime Minister of Hungary, will return to the stage of the Summer Open University in Baile Tusnad, an event that will take place between July 21 and 26.

Zsolt Németh, one of the founders of the event, confirmed Orbán's participation, who was recently re-elected as president of the Fidesz party. Orbán is known for launching the ideology of illiberal democracy a decade ago, from this event.

Although he lost power after 16 years following Peter Magyar's victory, the Summer Open University has evolved from a Romanian-Hungarian dialogue forum to an important political stage for Fidesz, attracting organizations from civil society in Transylvania.
