Firefighters from Buzău intervened to extinguish a 10-hectare dry vegetation fire in the mountain area of Gura Teghii, with difficult access.

The dry vegetation fire in the commune of Gura Teghii, Penteleu Massif, required the intervention of firefighters from ISU Buzău, who traveled four hours on foot to reach the fire site. The blaze is burning intensely over an area of 10 hectares, mainly in areas with wood debris and dry vegetation. Crews are acting defensively, given the risks of the fire spreading.
