USR proposes Robert Schwartz to lead the Board of Directors of the Romanian Television Society, betting on professionalism and editorial independence.

The USR party announced the nominations for the leadership of the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Society (SRR) and for the Board of Directors of the Romanian Television Society (SRTv). Robert Schwartz, a journalist with over 30 years of experience at Deutsche Welle, has been proposed for the position of director of SRR. He received the Order of Cultural Merit in 2012 for his contribution to Romanian-German relations and has had a remarkable career in the media.

USR emphasizes its commitment to independent and professional management in public media institutions, aiming to modernize radio and television services and strengthen their democratic role.
