USR accused the heads of ANRE, ASF, and ANCOM of a lack of transparency in recent hearings, highlighting that they did not provide convincing answers regarding the tens of millions of lei bonuses awarded without clear criteria and the selection process for employees who will be laid off. USR Deputy Adrian Echert emphasized that, although the law provides for job cuts and the elimination of bonuses, the reality reported by these institutions does not reflect these measures.
Additionally, updated organizational charts or comparative salary grids were not presented to verify compliance with Law 145/2025. Alin Stoica, another USR deputy, warned that reorganizations could affect the safety of citizens, while Cezar Drăgoescu criticized the lack of answers to questions regarding the politicization of institutions and the performance criteria for the bonuses awarded. This situation raises questions about the effectiveness of the proposed reforms.
