During a meeting with US Embassy Charge d'Affaires Michael Dickerson, Minister of National Defense Angel Tîlvăr said that the American military presence is crucial to deter threats and defend common values. The talks focused on defense cooperation and the strengthening of the strategic partnership with the US, underlining Romania's role in Euro-Atlantic security.
