Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine have established the Cyber Alliance for Regional Resilience

Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova have signed a Trilateral Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of the Cyber Alliance for Regional Resilience, within the framework of the International Cyber Resilience Forum in Kyiv. The purpose of this alliance is to strengthen resilience against cyber and hybrid threats through strategic cooperation and expertise sharing. The memorandum was signed by representatives of the cybersecurity agencies from the three countries, highlighting the importance of collaboration in the face of common threats.

Ukraine will contribute its accumulated experience in the context of the conflict with the Russian Federation, and officials from each country have expressed their commitment to work together to protect democratic values. This initiative is considered an important step in strengthening cybersecurity in the region and in Europe.
