Two young people were injured by a horse at a fair in the Satu Mare commune. They were rushed to the hospital.

Two young men, aged 16 and 33, were injured on Sunday after being struck by a horse at a fair held in the commune of Satu Mare, Suceava County. Two B2-type crews from the Suceava County Ambulance Service, based at the Rădăuți substation, as well as a mobile intensive care SMURD crew from Suceava, were dispatched to the scene.

When the medical crews arrived, the two young men were conscious and stable. The 16-year-old victim suffered a minor traumatic brain injury and a chest contusion. He was transported to the Rădăuți Emergency Department.

The 33-year-old man was confused and had a moderate traumatic brain injury. He was transported to the Suceava Emergency Department. En route, the ambulance from the County Ambulance Service was met by the mobile intensive care SMURD crew, which took over the patient to continue medical care.
