Two men, aged 21 and 26, were apprehended by the Capital Police for stealing packages worth approximately 100,000 lei. The two placed online orders for expensive products from the eMag.ro and Flip.ro platforms, knowing that large orders remain in the warehouse for a longer time. One of them got a job at Sameday to implement the theft scheme. After the probation period, he picked up the packages that were held in the warehouse, and his accomplice came with another vehicle to transport them.

The theft was reported by a representative of the delivery company, and the police located the two on October 23, issuing a detention warrant for 24 hours. A large part of the stolen goods was recovered following the conducted searches.
