Two children, a 4-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, were found drowned in a pond in the village of Docăneasa, Vaslui, after they went missing from home.

The locals found the children without vital signs, undressed, and their clothes were left on the riverbank. Two SAJ B2 ambulances from Bârlad and an ISU ambulance with a doctor from Vaslui were sent to the scene, which performed resuscitation maneuvers, but without success. The doctors declared the children dead. The police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances in which this tragic incident occurred.
