Former CCR judge Tudorel Toader said that Dacian Cosmin Dragoș, appointed judge at the Constitutional Court by President Nicușor Dan, is a specialist in administrative tax law. Toader considers the appointment a good choice, emphasizing the contribution of the Cluj legal school in training constitutional judges. Dragoș, a university professor at the Babeș-Bolyai University, will begin a nine-year term at the CCR starting July 13, 2025.
