CFR Călători has informed that the train service for passengers on the 800 line, which leads to the coast, is temporarily interrupted in the area of the Fetești station due to an incident with the pantograph of a freight locomotive.

The power supply in that area has been stopped, and several trains are forced to wait until the issue is resolved. Additionally, CFR Călători has warned that extreme temperatures forecasted by the National Meteorological Administration may affect rail traffic, with the risk of delays due to speed restrictions imposed by CFR SA to protect the infrastructure. These measures are necessary to ensure the safe operation of traffic, but they may extend the travel time of trains.
