On Friday night, a devastating fire engulfed a house in Orgoiești, Vaslui county, causing the death of a 10-year-old child found charred. A woman of about 45 suffered severe burns and was taken to hospital, where she became unconscious. Firefighters responded quickly, but the fire was widespread, affecting the entire house. The cause of the fire is suspected to be an electrical short-circuit.
