On Saturday morning, a 71-year-old man from Constanța was fatally struck by a car driven by a 57-year-old driver on Traian Street. The accident occurred due to an illegal crossing, with the pedestrian being hit while on the roadway, in a prohibited area.

The police confirmed that the driver had not consumed alcohol, and an investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
