Traffic on DN 1 has resumed with one lane in each direction in the Breaza area, after the debris blocked the roadway.

Traffic on the national road DN 1 was resumed on Monday evening, with traffic flowing in one lane in each direction in the Breaza area, where the roadway was blocked by debris brought by the heavy rain.

The Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Prahova announced that firefighters from ISU Bucharest-Ilfov and USISU intervened to manage the situation, being directed towards Bușteni. The spokesperson for the Prahova County Police Inspectorate, Cătălina Mocanu, mentioned that the cleared area is located between km 100 and 101, and actions for the complete clearance of the roadway are ongoing.

Although traffic has been resumed, circulation is taking place with difficulty due to the remaining conditions.
