Traffic in the Unirii Passage will be temporarily restricted for the next two nights for road tunnel cleaning works.

The Mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, announced that in the next two evenings, traffic in the Unirii Passage will be temporarily restricted for the cleaning works of the road tunnel, which is crossed daily by over 60,000 cars.

The restrictions will take place between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, with one lane closed each night. On the first night, traffic will be stopped in the direction from I.C. Brătianu Boulevard towards Dimitrie Cantemir Boulevard, and on the night from Thursday to Friday, in the opposite direction.

Băluță emphasized that traffic will be directed and signaled accordingly to ensure the works are carried out safely. Drivers are requested to take these restrictions into account when planning their journeys.
