Traffic restrictions in Bucharest due to the "Legal Half-Marathon 2026". What detour routes are available?

Bucharest hosts today, March 22, 'Legal Half-Marathon 2026', an event that imposes traffic restrictions between 07:00 and 14:00. The Bucharest Traffic Brigade has announced that on the marathon route, which includes Bd. Unirii, Piața Unirii and other main arteries, traffic will be affected.

Races such as 'Half-Marathon 21 km', 'Relay Half-Marathon 4x5.25 km', '10 km Race' and '3 km Race' will take place between 07:00 and 13:45, followed by the 'Children's Race' between 12:00 and 13:00.

The award ceremony will take place between 13:00 and 14:00, in front of the Bucharest Tribunal.
