On Sunday, on the occasion of the consecration of the National Cathedral, Bucharest will implement traffic restrictions and extraordinary security measures.

Traffic will be completely blocked on the main boulevards, including between Union Square and Constitution Square, and there will also be restrictions on Libertății Boulevard, Națiunile Unite Boulevard, and Calea 13 Septembrie, until 10:00 PM. Buses with pilgrims will have limited access, being directed to specially designated parking areas, between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Participants will only be able to reach the event on foot, through designated entrances. The police recommend using public transport and following the authorities' instructions to maintain safety and traffic flow, given that approximately 10,000 people are expected.
