The Bucharest International Marathon is blocking the central boulevards, while Calea Victoriei remains closed for the Spotlight festival. In addition, the Romania-Austria match will create access restrictions in the area of the National Arena starting at 5:00 PM. Authorities announce measures to ease traffic, but a very busy day is expected in the Capital.
