On Thursday evening, tourists from Latvia, accompanied by a five-year-old girl, had an unexpected encounter on the Royal Path in Sinaia when they came across a bear with two cubs. Around 5:30 PM, they called for help from the authorities through a call to 112.

The mountain gendarmes from Sinaia intervened quickly, ensuring that the tourists remained safe until the arrival of the crew. They were safely escorted to the resort without needing medical care. The Prahova Gendarmerie Inspectorate reminds tourists to avoid approaching wild animals and to immediately call the authorities in such situations.
