The woman is charged with domestic violence in the form of aggravated manslaughter after she gave birth to a viable newborn baby in the toilet of her home. After the birth, she left the baby in the toilet bowl for 20-30 minutes and by the time the ambulance arrived, the baby was already deceased. The forensic report indicated that death was caused by head injuries and mechanical asphyxia. The case has been sent to the Timis Court of Timiș for settlement.
