At Henri Coandă International Airport, three Iranian men were stopped by border police while attempting to enter Romania using false identity cards from Hungary and the Netherlands. Checks confirmed that the documents were not authentic, and the three, aged between 23 and 24, were banned from entering the Schengen area and repatriated the same day to Istanbul.
