A man in a wheelchair was robbed in Sector 4 of the Capital, near a gas station, after an individual snatched the bag containing money, a mobile phone, medication, and personal documents. The incident occurred late in the evening, and the victim called for help, being heard by a passerby who quickly intervened, chased the aggressor, and immobilized him until the police arrived. The goods were recovered, and the suspect, aged 47, was placed in preventive arrest for 30 days and is being investigated for aggravated robbery.
