The website of the Brașov Tax Authority is unavailable due to a malware cyber attack.

The Municipality of Brașov has announced that the website of the Tax Directorate is unavailable after the server hosting it was the target of a malware cyber attack – Trojan. Following the incident, the local administration decided to temporarily disconnect the server to limit the effects of the attack and protect the IT infrastructure.

For this reason, taxpayers cannot access the website of the Tax Directorate. Specialists are currently involved in identifying the causes of the attack and are working to remedy the situation to restore online services as soon as possible and in safe conditions. The Brașov Municipality will provide additional information during the investigations and will announce when the website will become functional again.
