The union members from Finance are protesting in front of the Ministry of Finance against the new salary law project.

Trade unionists announced a protest in front of the Ministry of Finance, between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, dissatisfied with the proposed calculation method for the reporting base, set at 4,100 lei.

They are demanding that the reference value be linked to the minimum gross salary in the economy and are asking for a transparent and automatic salary indexing mechanism. In the event that their requests are not taken into consideration, the trade unionists warned that they will announce other protest actions.

This movement comes in the context of a general dissatisfaction regarding working conditions and remuneration, highlighting the need for more equitable measures for employees.
