The interim Minister of Defense, Radu Miruță, states that the third drone shot down on Romanian territory "entered the country at 10:08 over territorial waters, 25km SE of Sulina, and five minutes later it was neutralized in safe conditions".

According to him, "each such incident confirms that Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine continues to generate risks beyond the borders" of the neighboring country.

We remind that this is the third incident of this kind in the last 48 hours, after Shahed-type drones, used by the Russian Federation in the conflict in Ukraine, were shot down in Buzău and Sfântu Gheorghe.
