The Minister of Labor convened a crisis cell for the relocation of victims from illegal asylums in Bihor.

The interim Minister of Labor, Dragoș Pîslaru, urgently convened a crisis cell to coordinate the relocation of victims of illegal days in Bihor, considering that the centers managed by Viorel Pașca were operating without accreditation and license for social services.

The Ministry of Labor reacted by mobilizing teams of specialists to identify appropriate accommodation and care solutions for the elderly and sick.

The President of the National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (ANPDPD), Alexandra Zară, is already in Bihor County to support local authorities in this endeavor.

Authorities confirm that the leader of the illegal network did not have accreditation for the activities carried out, and the Ministry of Labor and local authorities are seeking quick solutions for the relocation of vulnerable individuals.

It is worth mentioning that DIICOT prosecutors conducted dozens of searches in Bihor on Tuesday, targeting the network led by Viorel Pașca, accused of human trafficking and organized criminal group.

According to judicial sources cited by News.ro, hundreds of people were exploited by a network in Bihor under the guise of the humanitarian association Dumbrava DPG Dumnezeu Poartă de Grijă, whose leader is Viorel Pașca, a 55-year-old man, who came under the authorities' radar since last summer, after a control by the Ministry of Labor, which established that hundreds of disabled individuals were improperly housed in houses owned by the man from Bihor.
