The real estate market in Romania is going through a period of fragile balance, with price stability, according to specialists. The conference 'The Future of the Real Estate Market in Romania – Trust, Innovation, and Adaptation', organized by the homeZZ platform and supported by Antena 3 CNN, brought together industry leaders to analyze the prospects for 2026. Răzvan Brasla, CEO of Cloud9, emphasized the importance of dialogue among relevant actors and stated that the market will remain stable, without price decreases, due to high demand and limited supply. He also mentioned the company's development plans, which aim to expand modern and sustainable urban concepts in other cities in Romania. Brasla expressed optimism that prices will continue to stabilize or increase slightly, depending on market conditions.
