The Rabla program will receive an allocation of 200 million lei and will be relaunched in September, according to the Ministry of Environment. The updated guidelines will be available for public debate. The value of the vouchers will be reduced, reflecting the current economic situation. The program plays a role in reducing emissions and supports the Romanian car industry, having already successfully scrapped 250,000 polluting cars. The government will continue to fund only programs with a direct environmental impact.
