The Express Road Oar – Satu Mare, with a length of 10.83 km, will be executed by Construcții Erbașu, with a completion deadline of 24 months.

The Oar – Satu Mare Expressway Project, named 'Someș Expres', has a length of 10.83 km and a budget of 720.48 million lei (excluding VAT), being financed through the Transport Program 2021-2027. The works, executed by Construcții Erbașu, include the construction of two lanes in each direction, two road junctions, parking lots, and a Monitoring and Control Center.

The project will connect the ring road of the municipality of Satu Mare with the M49 expressway in Hungary. The works began on January 20, 2025, and are taking place simultaneously on multiple fronts, with a progress of 62% achieved so far. The completion deadline is estimated for July 2026, and the contractor has 18 months to execute the works. The project also includes consolidation works, structures, and utilities, aiming to complete an abandoned section of the Transylvania Highway.
