Daniel Băluță announced that a park in Sector 4 will be named "Donald J. Trump"

The Mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, announced that the new park arranged next to Tudor Arghezi Park will bear the name "Donald J. Trump", in honor of the American president and the relations between Romania and the USA. Băluță emphasized the importance of this moment, considering that this year marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence of the United States. The mayor stated that the park symbolizes the friendship and common values between the two nations.

In a video clip, Paolo Zampolli, the U.S. special envoy for global partnerships, mentioned that after 20 minutes of negotiations with the mayor, they reached this "wonderful gift" for President Trump, adding that June also coincides with his birthday. Băluță sent a congratulatory message to the president, highlighting the collaboration between the Romanian and American communities.
