The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) warns Romanians about severe weather in Bulgaria on October 7, 2025, with red and orange codes for various regions. Traffic restrictions and flight disruptions are expected. Citizens are advised to monitor the flight situation and to follow the recommendations of local authorities. Following severe flooding in the resort of Elenite, three deaths have been reported, including a border police officer. The MFA provides additional information and consular assistance.
