The Minister of Health is traveling to Prahova to discuss with hospital managers about the drinking water crisis and the necessary measures.

The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, is in Prahova County on Tuesday to meet with hospital managers, the leadership of the Public Health Directorate, and the State Health Inspection, in the context of the crisis generated by the lack of drinking water. The meeting aims to quickly assess the situation in the health system and establish the necessary measures to protect patients.

ISU Prahova has continued support actions, distributing household water in various affected locations, including hospitals and public institutions. By Tuesday, 21 water transports had been carried out, totaling 49,500 liters. The supply of drinking water for over 107,000 people in Prahova and Dâmbovița could be resumed next week, after the issues at the Paltinu dam are resolved.
