The interim mayor of Bucharest, Sebastian Burduja, has announced the resumption of work on the 'Mihai Flamaropol' ice rink, which has been blocked since 2019. The project, with a capacity of 3,600 seats, will include a multipurpose hall, swimming pool and sports halls, with a completion date of the end of 2026. The total cost of the construction is 153.4 million lei, with funding from the City Hall of Sector 2 and Bucharest City Hall.
