The Judicial Inspection has completed the verifications regarding the allegations in the documentary 'Recorder', which sparked controversy among public opinion and politicians. The report shows that the allegations made are not confirmed, being considered selectively presented and subjective.

For example, it was demonstrated that the statute of limitations mentioned in the documentary was incorrect, and the changes in the composition of the courts were justified by legal reasons. The verifications showed that the speculations about influencing the act of justice have no real basis, and statements from some magistrates were interpreted as a delegitimization of justice.

"Selecting four cases out of tens of thousands as we see, because there are 2,061 panels if we take an average of 30-40 cases per session, although there are also 80, we have tens of thousands of cases. Selecting four cases and presenting them as a phenomenon I believe is not an analysis, it is an interested selection. This report has shown what it could show. What it cannot establish, explain, and will have to remain a problem for us is who they belong to, who benefited from it, why all these things happened, and especially how it happened that two colleagues got involved in this manipulation," said Lia Savonea, in an intervention on Romania Tv.
