The Judges' Forum Association criticized the judges' section of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) for the list of 3580 judges who would denounce the subordination of justice. The Forum claims that the general assemblies of judges did not discuss the CSM document, and its statement destroys the dialogue with civil society.

CSM is accused by the Forum of not wanting reforms in justice, despite international requests. Additionally, the Forum mentioned that the CSM decision contains attacks against political parties, NGOs, and the press, without reflecting the opinions of the judges.

CSM indicated that 98% of the present judges supported its message, denouncing the degradation of the rule of law. The list of "guilty" includes politicians from the governing coalition and journalists, and CSM accused a campaign to discredit justice.

The Forum is considering taking legal action against CSM for the pressure exerted on its association.
