The head of the Traffic Division of CFR SA Constanta, Gheorghe Șoldan, is accused of receiving 11,500 lei to help a person win the recruitment contest for the post of acar, by providing him with the questions and answers to the written test. He was detained for 24 hours and is to be presented to the Constanta Court with a proposal for preventive arrest for 30 days.
