The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has announced the resumption of the activity of the General Consulate of Romania in Odesa, which will operate in a temporary, itinerant format at the Premier Hotel until October 28, 2025. Romanian citizens in the region can benefit from consular services, assistance, and consular protection during this period. The interim manager of the consular office will meet with local authorities and the Romanian community to discuss the complete reopening of the consulate.

The activity of the itinerant consulate will continue monthly, depending on security developments, until the consular office becomes operational. The next itinerant consulate is scheduled for November 15-30, 2025. Additional information and scheduling can be obtained via email.
