According to the Administration of the Environmental Fund, the funds allocated for the purchase of internal combustion engine cars through the Rabla Program for individuals were exhausted on December 16, at 19:03. In total, 14,158 applications were submitted, for a budget of 125,008,000 lei. The Rabla 2025 Program was reopened on December 16 at 10:00, and the interest of Romanians was evident from the first 24 hours, with over 6,000 applications for electric cars. On the first day, the budget quickly decreased, leaving only 9 million lei. The application submission session for individuals will continue until December 31, 2025, or until the funds are exhausted.
